Classroom Space

Thank you for considering DIYcave's Multipurpose Classroom space for your event. This classroom holds up to 12 seated attendees and is located in a shared space. 


5am-5pm $35/hour

5pm-11pm $50/hour

2 hour minimum rental 

$150 refundable damage/cleaning deposit

Your reservation time MUST include a minimum 30 minutes (15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your event) for set up and clean up. 


Maximum number of people (adults and children) allowed at any time during your event is 12 attendees. If your event will host more than 12 people, expressed written permission from Management is required.


If your event is more than 30 days from reservation:

  • Initial Payment (Non-refundable) 50% of rental fee due to reserve your date.

  • Remaining Balance (Non-refundable) and Cleaning/Damage Deposit $150 (Refundable) due on the 1st day of the month of your event. (ie event is on April 15 - balance is due April 1)

If your event is less than 30 days from reservation:

  • Full payment of Rental Fee (Non-refundable) and Cleaning/Damage Deposit $150 (Refundable) are due to reserve your date.


Please keep noise levels to a respectful minimum as a courtesy to other users of the building. If noise is expected from your use, please obtain prior approval from management. (Playing amplified music would require checking in with other users of building at the time. Playing bass drums and loud voices during a play rehearsal would require prior management approval)​


Please expect there to be occasional foot traffic through the walkway portion of the classroom, as well as shared use of the restrooms.

Cleaning Policy

Please leave our classroom clean. Wipe tables, sweep floors, empty wastebaskets, clean any spills/messes on walls, windows, doors, floors, etc. Restroom/Classroom should be returned to original cleanliness. 

Cleaning/Damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your event as long as there is no additional cleaning required or damage done. Additional cleaning or damage repair will be billed against your deposit at the rate of $50/hour.


No alcohol permitted without prior authorization and or permits as necessary.



Dogs are not allowed in the classroom building under any circumstance unless pre-approved and with a pet deposit.  Pre-approved dogs must be on a leash and under the control of their handler at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen, so if you are unable to use the classroom space as scheduled, and cancel with

  • More than 30 (thirty) days notice before your reservation, your initial payment is non refundable but you will not owe the remaining balance.

  • Less than 30 (thirty) days notice before your reservation, your payment is non refundable and non transferrable.
