Some would refer to the Downtown Christmas Parade as Bend's most beloved event and after 40 years the parade is still going strong with 2024 being the largest ever!
In typical DIY Fashion members of our crew assembled snowman suites with computer fans and battery packs attached to 5XL white Tyvek suits to create a crew of inflatable snow men and women. Adorned with corncob pipes, scarfs, top hats, brooms, buttons, glitter, and lots of Christmas cheer. We had a lot of fun with spectators in the crowd, giving waves, high fives, silly dance moves, Merry Christmases, even stopping to take selfies and photos. It was a lot of fun, and I would guess that you might see us in next year's Bend Christmas Parade.
